Kick off the season at the Tonka Street Cup! A high-energy 4v4 street soccer tournament played on the tennis courts at Hopkins High School. August 22, 2026, more than 100 teams from U7 to U14 & Adult will compete for bragging rights, championship t-shirts, and nonstop fun. Games will primarily be played on Saturday, with limited Sunday games depending on final team numbers.

Why You’ll Love It

Fast-paced games, festival atmosphere: Eight fenced-in courts keep the action moving all day, with a live DJ, food trucks, and a true block-party feel. Each division plays its full event in one 3–5 hour window, with first games kicking off at 8:30 a.m.

4v4 no goalkeepers. The no-goalkeeper format keeps the game fast, creative, and true to the street-soccer style that makes this event special.

Three-game guarantee: Every team is guaranteed at least three matches, with rosters of up to 9 players. Teams should be prepared for a fast-moving schedule, including back-to-back games.

Built for every age and level: Divisions run from U7 through Adult Open, with A and B brackets offered where numbers allow.

A perfect Fall Season kickoff: For just $150 per team, players and families get a full street-soccer experience without spending the entire day on-site.

Champions: No finals. No playoffs. Every game matters. Bracket winners are decided by points and tiebreakers, with t-shirts awarded to each winning player.

Best Team Uniforms: Club kits are great, but Street Cup is the time to get creative. Teams are encouraged to bring their own custom look and have fun with it. Uniforms will be judged throughout the event, with the winning teams earning a team gift card to The Burrow.

What Is Street Soccer?

Street soccer is the game at its fastest and most creative, with small-sided play, high-energy, and played on blacktops, courts, and open hard surfaces. Similar to futsal, it is simple, accessible, and built for nonstop play. It brings players together, builds confidence, and gives them room to compete, create, and express themselves. More than a game, street soccer is about energy, community, and connection.
