Executive Director

A Belfast native now based in Richfield, Minnesota, Noel Quinn leads Tonka United’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations, drawing on two decades in youth development, club leadership, and coach education. Before joining Tonka United, Noel served as Minnesota United FC’s Director of Youth Development (2020–2023) and held senior roles at several of Minnesota’s largest community clubs, building scalable pathways and partnerships across the state.


Noel’s resume spans executive leadership and on-field coaching. He was interim head coach at Saint John’s University in 2024 (following assistant stints in 2005–2006 and 2019–2021) and spent 13 seasons in Minnesota high-school soccer, including a state championship with St. Thomas Academy in 2016. His focus throughout: accessible, community-rooted player development.
