Staff Coach

Neil Juneja-Jones serves as a Staff Coach with Tonka United’s Pre-Competitive program, helping young players build confidence, develop foundational skills, and enjoy their early soccer experience. Born in Seattle, Washington, and raised in Fishers, Indiana, Neil now lives in Mound and brings a positive, steady presence to the field.

Neil supports the club’s youngest players as they begin learning the game in a fun, encouraging, and development-focused environment. His background in customer service, property management, and public-facing roles has helped shape his patient, organized, and people-first approach to coaching.

Family: Neil is married to his amazing wife, Casey, and is caretaker to their zoo: two dogs, one cat, one fish, and one snake.

Fun Fact: Neil has five pets.
