A Woodbury native now based in Minneapolis, Megan Hensel brings a competitor’s edge and a teacher’s clarity to Tonka United. A three-year captain at Augsburg University and 2024 First Team All-MIAC selection, Megan blends modern training habits with a positive, player-first approach that helps athletes grow in confidence, consistency, and game IQ. Megan has coached across club and college environments, translating her high-level playing experience into clear development plans and purposeful sessions.
