A native of Lomé, Togo now based in Minneapolis, Faydane Ouro-Akondo leads Tonka United teams with an energetic, player-first approach that blends joy, competition, and strong fundamentals. A standout at Luther College and a former Minneapolis City SC player, Faydane brings proven on-field pedigree and community experience to every session. Faydane previously directed boys programming for The Sanneh Foundation and has coached across high school, club, and pre-professional pathways—helping young players build confidence while developing a winning mentality.
