Eli Baker leads Tonka United’s High Performance Group and Rising Performance Group programs, developing motivated players through advanced, high-standard training environments. A Minneapolis native, USSF B-licensed coach, and longtime Tonka United Director, Eli brings over a decade of club coaching experience and a strong track record of helping players progress to high school, college, pre-professional, and professional pathways.
Eli also remains a key leader within Tonka United’s U13–U14 Academy+ program, where he helps connect youth development with the next stages of competitive soccer. His coaching style combines academy-level detail, competitive standards, and approachable, player-first teaching.

- DeLaSalle HS Boys, Varsity Head Coach (3 years) — MSHSL State Champion; MSHSL 3rd Place; MN Private School Soccer Coach of the Year
- Minneapolis City SC Futures, Assistant Coach (5 years) — coached 25+ MN Mr. Soccer finalists; helped advance 80+ players to D1–D3 programs and 25+ to USL2 or higher, including MLS and USL Championship pathways. Two-time UPSL National Tournament qualifier.
