U13–U14 Academy+ Head Coach

Eli Baker leads Tonka United’s U13–U14 Academy+ program, bringing over a decade of club coaching experience and a track record of building winning, player-first environments. A Minneapolis native and USSF B-licensed coach, Eli blends academy standards with approachable teaching to help players progress to high school, college, and pre-professional levels.

Eli has served as a Director of Coaching at Tonka United for four years and guided teams across high school and UPSL pathways—earning state honors and developing dozens of college and professional players.
