Full-Time Staff Coach

A former Tonka United player, Charlie McAllister now leads youth teams with a calm, teacher-first approach that helps young players fall in love with the game while learning core skills. Originally from Saint Louis Park and now based in Minnetonka, Charlie blends classroom experience with on-field coaching to create fun, organized sessions for our youngest athletes. Charlie has coached across club and high school environments and played collegiate soccer locally at Saint John’s University and Hamline University.
