Full-Time Staff Coach / Marketing Coordinator

Joe Eichele brings an energetic blend of coaching experience, creative communication, and player-centered leadership to Tonka United. Originally from Blaine, Minnesota, and now based in Minneapolis, Joe has coached across club, school, and camp environments while building a background that also spans marketing and digital media. His approach combines a passion for player development with a strong understanding of how to connect programs, families, and community through thoughtful communication and leadership.

Before joining Tonka United, Joe coached in a variety of youth soccer settings, working with players at different ages and stages of development. That range of experience has helped shape a coaching style grounded in adaptability, positivity, and a love for the game.
