Referee Assigning System
Our travel and recreational leagues use the RefCoord.com Referee Registration and Self-Assigning System. The system allows referees to sign up for their own games after they have registered with the system and our assignors have determined their qualifications. We also use this system to communicate training and game opportunities.
First Time Users: Register to use the system HERE and follow the 7-step registration process. To complete the process, request access to Tonka United. Our referee assignors will then review your request to officiate Tonka United games and will contact you within a week of your request.
Returning Users: Sign into the system HERE.

Referee Registration Form
Submit your signed TUSA Referee Registration Form before officiating any travel or recreational league games. This form identifies you as an independent contractor to TUSA, provides adult consent for referees age 13 or younger and provides a substitute W-9 Form so that we can compensate you.

Certification & Training
You must be USSF certified and field trained by TUSA assignors to officate our games.
